Students get familiar with different aspects of innovation and are able to distinguish this aspects from each other.
They know the different schools of thought and backgrounds regarding the management of innovation. The process of managing innovation regarding products or processes is well known and selected tools and methods can be adopted.
Foundations, backgrounds and methods of continous improvement are understood - the ability to identify successfactors is given. |

Studends will choose their topic for the homework/termpaper at the end of the lecture-day. Then the homework/termpaper has to be finished in the next six weeks.
During the preparation of the homework/termpaper students can discuss via E-Mail with Prof. Thurnes and arrange appointments on specific days. More information about that will be available on the lecture-day. |
