| Inhalt: |
This course deals with internationalisation of businesses and educates students why international businesses arise and how
strategic management and finance management in international companies is accomplished. Resulting from this transnational
activites of international companies have special complexities which have to be managed. Students learn about problems of
international companies and international groups and how these companies can be organized and controlled. Furthermore, case
studies showing how international companies have handled in practice are utilized. |
